Subscription
View your current PineHook plan, understand what's included, and upgrade when you're ready.
Video walkthrough coming soon.
The Subscription page shows your active plan, renewal date, and the full feature comparison across tiers. Plans differ in capacity: how many licenses you can run, how many signals per minute you can send, and how many live pending orders each license can hold.
Your Current Plan#
At the top of the page you'll see:
- Plan name. Standard, Pro, or Premium.
- Status. Active, trialing, or past due.
- Renewal date. When your next billing cycle starts.
- Licenses included. How many license keys you can have active.
If your status shows past due, your payment method failed. Update it in the billing portal before the grace period expires, or your account will be suspended.

Standard is right for traders running a single MT5 terminal with one strategy.
Pro is for traders running multiple accounts. For example: a live account and a demo account running simultaneously, or two strategies on different VPSes.
Premium is for professional setups: prop firm accounts, multiple currency pairs on separate terminals, or distributing signals to a group of accounts.
Coupons#
PineHook accepts coupon codes at checkout. Enter one when you first sign up, or when restarting a subscription after cancellation. The Subscription page shows a Coupon code field when you have no subscription yet, or when your subscription has been canceled. Type the code, click Apply, and PineHook validates it against your selected tier and billing period before you continue to Stripe.
Things to know:
- Coupons apply at checkout, not retroactively. If you've already subscribed, the current cycle isn't discounted. The code takes effect on the next checkout.
- Only one discount applies per checkout. If a site-wide discount is active and you also enter a coupon, PineHook automatically uses whichever is more favorable to you.
- Some coupons are restricted to specific tiers, or to monthly-only or yearly-only billing. If a code doesn't work, double-check your selection.
Upgrading Your Plan#
- Click Upgrade on the plan card you want. On each card the button reads Upgrade for a higher tier and Downgrade for a lower tier (and Switch to Yearly or Switch to Monthly to change billing period).
- Select the plan you want.
- Review the proration. If you're mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining days.
- Confirm. Your new limits take effect immediately.
No downtime on upgrade
Upgrading activates instantly. Your new license slots are available the moment the payment is confirmed. There's no need to reconnect your EA or do anything in MetaTrader.
Downgrading Your Plan#
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current limits until then.
If you have more active licenses than the lower tier allows, you'll be asked to select which licenses to keep. The extra licenses are deactivated, and stop accepting signals, when the downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period, not when you schedule it. Until then you keep all your current licenses and limits.
Billing Portal#
Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- Update your credit card or payment method
- Download past invoices as PDF
- View payment history
Cancelling#
To cancel your subscription, click the Cancel subscription link at the bottom of the Subscription page and confirm in the dialog that appears. (The Manage Billing portal is for updating payment methods and downloading invoices.) Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; after that your licenses stop accepting signals until you resubscribe. PineHook does not issue refunds and all sales are final, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
Your data is kept
Cancelling does not delete your account or your signal history. If you resubscribe later, your logs, licenses, and settings are still there.
