When you evaluate any relay, ours included, look for those five disclosures. If the privacy policy answers to no named law, gives you no one to email about your data, and lists no one who touches it, that absence is an answer in itself.

Switching questions, answered
Do I have to rebuild my TradingView alerts to switch?⌄
No. Your alerts and strategies stay exactly as they are. You change two things: the webhook URL points to PineHook, and the alert message uses our CSV or JSON format. Most users translate their messages in a few minutes with the command reference open.
Can I test PineHook before leaving my current relay?⌄
Yes, and we recommend it. Run PineHook against a demo MT5 account while your current setup keeps trading live. Compare delivery logs for a few days, then switch your live account when the numbers convince you.
How long does switching actually take?⌄
Around 15 minutes: create an account, attach our EA to your MT5 terminal, update your alert messages, and send a test signal. The dashboard shows the delivery log immediately, so you know it works before any real trade fires.
Does PineHook support MT4?⌄
No. PineHook is MT5 only. If your account must stay on MT4, PineConnector supports it and we would rather say so plainly than waste your afternoon.
