Registration

Creating a PineHook account takes about 5 minutes. Follow these steps to get started.

Create Your Account#

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page#

Go to pinehook.io/register or click Get Started on the homepage.

Step 2: Enter Your Details#

Fill in the registration form:

• Email address - Use a valid email you have access to
• Username - 3-20 characters (letters, numbers, underscores)
• Password - At least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number
• Confirm password - Re-enter your password
• Country of residency - Select your country from the dropdown

Step 3: Accept Terms#

Read and accept our:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy

Step 4: Verify Your Email#

1. Check your inbox for a verification email
2. Click the verification link
3. If you don't see it, check your spam folder

Step 5: Log In#

Once verified, log in with your email and password to access your dashboard.

Social Login#

You can sign up or log in with Google, Discord, or GitHub using the buttons on the registration and login pages.

Account Recovery#

Forgot Password#

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Create a new password

Too Many Login Attempts#

For security, logins are rate limited by network: after 10 failed attempts from the same network within 15 minutes, further attempts are blocked for the rest of that window. Your account itself is not locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.

Delete Account#

To delete your account:

1. Go to the Settings page (under the Account section of the sidebar)
2. Scroll to Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Account
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box, and (if your account has a password) enter your password, then click Delete My Account
