Subscription Tiers
Compare PineHook plans and find the right one for you.
PineHook offers three subscription tiers. All plans include the same core relay reliability, a 14-day free trial, and 2-year signal-history retention. The differences are in capacity: how many licenses you can run, how many signals per minute you can send, how many strategies you can run per symbol, and how many live pending orders each license can hold.
For current pricing (monthly and yearly), see the pricing section on the homepage. Plans and prices on this page reflect capacity and policy only.

Frequently Asked Questions#
How many strategies can I run per symbol?#
Two on Standard, five on Pro, and ten on Premium. The 14-day trial gets 2, matching Standard.
The allowance is per symbol, per license, not per license overall. A Pro license trading five symbols can have up to 25 strategies live at once, five on each. A "strategy" here means a distinct magic number (magic=N), so the allowance only comes into play in Multi-Strategy mode on a hedging account. In single-strategy mode every trade shares one magic number, so you will never reach it.
Once a symbol is at its allowance, the next new magic number opening a position there is rejected with "Position limit reached for this symbol". Despite the wording, this is the strategy allowance and not the Max Long/Short Lots exposure limits, which are separate EA settings under Position Limits. Strategies already holding a slot keep trading normally.
A slot frees up once a magic number has no open position left on that symbol. Partial closes don't free it. If you close half a position, or one leg of a hedge, that strategy still holds live exposure and keeps its slot until the last leg is closed.
If you need more on one plan, upgrading takes effect immediately, and the new allowance applies as soon as your EA reconnects.
Is there a free trial?#
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, capacity is capped at trial limits regardless of the tier you select: 1 license, 60 signals per minute, 5,000 per day, up to 5 live pending orders, and delayed signals disabled. Your selected tier's full capacity takes effect once your first payment goes through after day 14. A payment method is required to continue past day 14. You can cancel anytime before then with no charge.
Can I change my plan?#
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Dashboard → Subscription. Upgrading takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. If you downgrade to a tier with fewer licenses than you have now, your extra licenses remain active until the current period ends; after that you'll be asked to choose which ones to keep.
What payment methods do you accept?#
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?#
PineHook does not issue refunds. All sales are final. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Subscription, which stops the next renewal; your current paid period stays active until it ends.
How long is signal history kept?#
Signal logs and trade actions are kept for 2 years on every tier, then anonymized in place. The anonymization preserves command, symbol, timing, and outcome data for long-term audit and dispute resolution while removing identifying details, in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25) and GDPR.
